About our Group
The group for Machine Learning for Medical Data is settled at the interface of computer science, life sciences and medicine with a focus on large-scale 3D+t biomedical image analysis. We're developing both classical and machine learning-based algorithms for applications such as object detection, segmentation, object tracking, simulation/synthesis as well as interactive visualizations and semi-automatic analysis approaches. In addition to our contributions to undergraduate courses, we're offering lectures, seminars and thesis topics that closely align with our research projects.
